L-Mandelic acid: Comes from bitter almonds, and is the gentlest of AHAs. Mellow but mighty, it promotes cell turnover, fades pigmentation and stimulates collagen, with a much lower risk of irritation compared to other acids - ideal for even the most sensitive skins and all skin tones. Did we mention it’s also anti-bacterial? We are big fans!

Salicylic acid: Because it’s oil soluble, BHA not only exfoliates the surface of the skin but also dives deep into the pores to unclog and clear any congestion. Provides potent anti-inflammatory powers, and prevents new acne formation.

Lilac leaf cell culture extract: An all around powerhouse for acne prone skin. It helps to reduce inflammation causing bacteria and excess sebum production.

Silybum slymarin (milk thistle): Strong antioxidant that regulates sebum production, with a triplex of antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Licorice root: Well studied skin brightener that helps fade dark spots to even out skin tone, all the while reducing inflammation.

The help of consistent and gentle exfoliation is much needed to keep acne at bay. Who better than Mandelic acid for the job? Its large molecular weight makes it penetrate the skin slowly. Read gentle and non-irritating. Plus it’s known for having brightening and antibacterial properties.
How to use+
After cleansing, pat two to three pumps on dry skin. Cover your entire face, avoiding the eye area, and don’t apply it like a spot treatment. Let it dry for a minute and follow with your moisturizer (and SPF if using in the morning). If your skin is sensitive, or not used to AHAs and BHA, begin slowly. Start with twice a week, then slowly work up to daily as needed. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use. Don't use if you are allergic to aspirin or its derivatives.

Good product, but…

The acne gel is a bit tacky. A little goes a long way. I prefer both the brand’s cleanser and the hyaluronic gel to this product.

A miracle worker!

This serum is incredible, it's helped to get rid of some super stubborn forehead acne/bumps as well as cystic acne I've been struggling with along my jaw line for ages - nothing has helped me improve my skin this year until I started using this entire product line - not diet, gut health, supplements, etc.
